March 2022 Newsletter: Spring

     Spring is just about here and we’re continuing to think about regenerative agriculture and what that means for our farm. In addition to adding cattle manure to our topsoil, this year we will also be integrating goats in our field. The goats will come in to munch on our cover crops (pictured bellow), while they leave behind their droppings to fertilize our soil. This is the last piece of the puzzle we need to truly be considered a Regenerative Farm. We are so excited to welcome a few goats onto the farm. 

With spring quickly approaching, we have been researching which strains we want to plant this year for our hemp flower. There are so many great varieties with very elaborate, mouth watering names and images. They all look very promising. When we have a decision made about seeds, we will be sure to let you know.
