How to heat: Begin heating from room temperature only. Place heat pack on a clean, dry, microwave safe plate. Allow turntable to rotate freely. Microwave for 1 minute, then give it a shake. Place it back in the microwave and add 30 seconds, then check temperature. Continue adding 30 seconds and checking the temperature until you have reached your desired warmth.
